Privacy Statement

At Adrenaline we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal and technical information we collect when you use our site, how we use and protect that information, and the choices available to you as a player in Canada. We aim to be clear about how we handle data related to your account, transactions and activity on our platform.

Types of data we collect

We collect several categories of information to operate your account and provide our services. Collection depends on your interactions with the site and may vary by feature.

Personal data

Personal data includes name, date of birth, email address, phone number, mailing address and government identification when required for verification. We also collect payment details provided for deposits and withdrawals, such as card or e-wallet identifiers and, where necessary, partial bank account information to process transactions.

Technical data covers IP address, device type, browser and operating system, device identifiers, and connection data. We also collect log files, crash reports and other diagnostic information to maintain and improve the service.

Transactional and activity data

This includes account activity, game history, bets placed, deposits and withdrawals, bonus usage, support interactions and responsible-gambling tools you use. We may also store records of communications with our support team.

How we use your information

We use collected data to:

- Create and manage your account and verify your identity;

- Process payments, handle withdrawals and prevent fraud;

- Provide customer support and respond to enquiries;

- Operate, maintain and improve the platform, including security and troubleshooting;

- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations;

- Offer marketing communications where you have consented, and provide personalised content and promotions (you may opt out at any time).

Data protection practices

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, such as access controls, encryption of sensitive data, and secure storage. Access to personal data is limited to employees and contractors who need it to perform their duties. While we strive to protect your data, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies, web beacons and similar tools to operate the site, remember preferences, enable secure log-in and provide analytics. Third-party services such as analytics providers and advertising partners may also set cookies. You can manage cookie settings through your browser and, where available, our cookie controls.

Information sharing and third parties

We share personal information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including payment processors, identity-verification services, game providers, analytics vendors and fraud-prevention partners. We require these providers to protect your information and limit use to the services they provide. We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from authorities.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw marketing consent at any time. Certain data may be retained where necessary for legal, regulatory or fraud-prevention purposes.

Access, correction and deletion

To access, correct or request deletion of personal data, contact us at [email protected]. We will verify your identity before responding and will handle requests in line with applicable law. If we deny a request, we will explain the reasons where permitted.
